Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

• Items must be in original condition with the packaging intact to be refunded
• Returns must be within 30 days of the order date
• The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us
• We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender
• Personalized items are not returnable
• We will refund your account within 2-4 business day of receiving it
• Shipping costs are not refundable 
• Include your packing slip or order receipt so that we can identify your order
